No client relationship from form submission
Submitting the questionnaire on this site does not create an accountant-client relationship, an attorney-client relationship, or any obligation for our firm to provide services. A professional engagement begins only once we have mutually agreed to the scope of work, typically documented in a signed engagement letter.
